INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Bonevivita LTD does not directly sell Bonevivita LTD products in any jurisdiction where these products may not be approved for sale. Bonevivita LTD may choose to accept orders for the purchase of its products from non-residents or entities of any country to be shipped within the same country only.
SHIPPING
Unless otherwise noted, Bonevivita LTD will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship products within a reasonable time after receipt of Your properly completed order. Although Bonevivita LTD may provide delivery or shipment timeframes or dates, You understand that those are Bonevivita LTD’s good-faith estimates and may be subject to change. You further understand that product availability may be limited and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery, in which case the products will be delivered when they become available. Bonevivita LTD shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
The delivery time for shipments may take up to 3-21 days.
RETURNS
Within 30 days of receiving your shipment, you may return the product (except concept cosmetics products. Full list of concept cosmetics products may be found in the Shipping-information page in its original condition for a full refund. If your product(s) received was damaged or incorrect, please contact Bonevivita LTD Customer Service at sales@bonevivita.com for further assistance on returning the product(s). If the item(s) was received damaged or incorrect from your original order, we will provide a prepaid label for returns. All other situations, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. You do not need a preauthorization to return an item, but you have to use the packing slip for your return. Your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment. Your credit card may take longer to show the credit back on your account.
MISCELLANEOUS
These Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and Your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria without regard to any choice of law principles that could result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. All actions relating to or about this Agreement are to be venued in the courts of Bulgaria.
